14-Day Hassle-Free Returns

We stand behind every book we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 14 calendar days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.

Eligibility

• Item must be returned in the same condition as received
• Original packaging should be included where possible
• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date
• Rare and collectible items are returnable if the condition was misrepresented

How to Return

1. Email us at contact@qcbooks.store with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will reply within 24 hours with a return authorization and shipping address.
3. Pack the book securely and ship it back to us. We recommend a tracked service.
4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

Return Shipping Costs

For returns due to our error (wrong item shipped, item damaged in transit, or condition significantly different from described), we will cover the return shipping cost. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
